1. To carry on the business of manufacturers, importers and exporters and wholesale and retail dealers in industrial chemical products, glues, adhesives, pastes, resins, varnishes, lacquer, putty, spirit, resins and products produced by chemical processess, and all raw materials relating thereto or used in connection therewith.
   
   

2. To carry on all or any of the business of importers, exporters, merchants, manufacturer representatives/agents, manufacturers, wholesales or retail dealers of and in all kinds of industrial chemical products of every description and to prepare, manufacturer and render marketable any such commodities and to sell dispose of and deal in any such commodities either in their raw state or as prepareed or manufactured.
   
   

3. To carry on the business of manufacturers, importers and exporters and wholesale and retail dealers in pottery clay products, porcelain, clay furnitures decorative, ornaments products and deal in all substances, apparatus and things capable of being used in any such business as aforesaid or in any way in connection therewith.
   
   

4. To carry on research and development work and experiments in relation to any new material substance or the application of any chemical or other process to any material or substance, manufacturers, producers, refiners, developers and dealers in all kinds of metal, materials, minerals, chemicals, substances and products whether natural or artificial, including in particular, but without limitation; plastics, resins, goods and articles made from the same substances and compounds, intermediates, derivatives and by-products thereof.
